Introducing Our New Website and Member Portal

September 24, 2024

Announcements

The Retired Teachers’ Association of Manitoba (RTAM) is excited to announce the launch of two new online resources. Our new website and member portal are designed to improve communication, operations, and service for you - our members.

New Website

Our new website was developed by local agency Luscious Orange. The site has a clean design and clear messaging, with a goal to highlight who we are and what we do. Through this website we’ll promote the benefits of membership, encourage people to get involved, and share news and stories with our broader community.

A top priority was ensuring that this website offers a helpful and intuitive experience for our audience. The navigation guides people to important information with clear menu labels. Buttons and text are large enough to read, even on small devices. Colours were carefully chosen to enhance contrast and readability on the screen.

Highlights

  • Up to date information about chapters and interest groups
  • Overview of all active member benefits
  • Member Login link at the top directs you to our new member portal
  • A news section with the ability to filter by category or date
  • An events calendar that pulls event information from our member portal

Member Portal

The Member Portal is our new member management system, designed by GrowthZone. The Member Portal is a secure password-protected area for member-specific information. This is where we’ll manage all member accounts and payments.

Our office staff have been busy learning about this new system and setting up accounts. We appreciate your patience during the process.

Highlights

  • Update your contact information
  • Register and pay for events
  • View and pay invoices
  • Join Chapters and Special Interest Groups

Find the Member Portal at members.rtam.mb.ca. You can also access the Member Portal from the Member Login link at the top of the website.

Follow these steps to create an account
