The Alzheimer Society of Manitoba exists so all Manitobans affected by dementia receive the help they need today and have hope for the future. RTAM partners with ASM to provide workshops and seminars for our members on mental health and dementia. Members can book presentations for their Chapter or community group through RTAM.
The Canadian Red Cross Friendly Calls program helps address feelings of loneliness and isolation that so many have experienced in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The City of Winnipeg’s Fit Together Pass offers reduced rates for fitness services at City of Winnipeg recreation facilities. As retired teachers, all our members are considered past City of Winnipeg employees and are able to access membership discounts to programs, pools and gyms.
RTAM has partnered with CPP (Canadian Pension Plan) Investments to help improve communication with the community who is about to or is currently accessing the CPP. We also help CPP Investments share public presentations once every two years in Manitoba.

RTAM and the Canadian Foundation for Economic Education have partnered, through Money and You: Seniors Edition, to bring new workshops, seminars and supports to our members.
Trip Merchant provides RTAM members with exclusive travel savings and additional benefits, including a loyalty program and trip contests. Trip Merchant also works with RTAM to offer trips leaving partner organizations through Vancouver (the BCRTA) and both Calgary and Edmonton (ARTA).
RTAM has partnered with UNESCO Canadian Commission and their school-based programs in Manitoba. This is a volunteer and mentorship based program through the UNESCO Schools Network, where RTAM supports UNESCO and Manitoban Schools with teachers no longer working in the classroom.
